This place has been amazing for easing my joint pain and helping me feel better. It is amazing what a difference it has made! I was worried about the heat because I'm on tamoxifen after breast cancer.but it has helped me so much to go in the sauna! My oncologist said she approves this Detox . I love that I can listen to music and read a magazine and time goes by so quickly.

This was my first time ever going to a sauna and I loved it! The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved having a tv with DIRECTV because I could choose if I wanted to listen to music or watch tv. Also love the fact that I had the room for an hour, giving me the freedom to enter/exit my sauna as needed. HIGHLY recommend them, and I cannot wait to go back!
Most amazing therapy ever. Infrared does great things! Feel SO relaxed and cleansed after each session. HIGHLY recommend
Did the intro week special and loved it! Staff is great and sauna is clean and very relaxing! Great way to detox! Will be here often!
