Absolutely amazing. My favorite way to start my day before a grueling 12 hr shift in the ER and perfect way to relax on my days off... Oh and the clearest skin I've ever had in my life isn't a bad perk.
This was a new experience. I have been to saunas before but this is a unique experience. It was refreshing and relaxing. I felt cleansed and refreshed when I left. I took my daughter who distracted me a bit next time I'm going alone. I would also suggest taking a hat to wear when you leave to prevent catching a cold from wet hair and heat leaving your body. Will definitely do it again soon.
