Purify is a great experience! I came in for the first time not knowing what to expect. It was serene and clean. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! Also left with no muscle aches after having a long run just before. Normally I would have muscle soreness for a few days.
After a good sweat sesh, you'll leave feeling relaxed + refreshed! Highly recommend! Such a serene space, too.
This body was in dire need of a little TLC and Purify definitely met its needs! I was a stranger to infrared sauna and chromotherapy but have heard great things about it.
