My wife had several issues in getting started with breastfeeding. Dr.Veena conducts several breastfeeding sessions with new moms and it es extremely helpful. My wife has learned a lot from these sessions and she is very confident now.
It has been a great experience seeing Dr. Veena for my son
alot of trust – I am a physician myself and have a lot of trust in this medical group. I know that Dr. Cerruti and Dr. Veena keep are up to date on recent treatments. What I love is that they carry the other, nonscientific, part with them too. They both have been working as Pediatricians in Fremont for some 30 plus years, so that have that bedside grace that comes with experience. Dr. Veena is great with lactation counseling. Plus I love their drawing contests and dietician classes!
Caring Staff – All the doctors at Puri Pediatrics are so experinced, with at least 35 plus years in practice. their bed side mannerism is excellent, they always are ready to answer all your questions. many times answer the questions before we even ask, we trust their judgement full heartedly. we highly recommed them to any one looking for an excellent pediatric office with great doctors and wonderful, caring staff
wish there are more stars. We all expect support when our kid is sick. Specially from his doctor. Because she/he is the only one knows exactly what is going on, what to expect. We get confused even with what kind of dosage of the medicine we need to give, how frequently and everything. When you have the doctor who can provide all this along with proven knowledge and been practicing for many years, what else you want? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Puri Pediatric was an HORRIBLE experience. The waiting period was between 45-60 mins with an appointment. The staff members were unprofessional and inconsiderate. It is a shame that both Dr. Veena and Hari Puri have failed to see their appointments on time. Shouldn't Puri Pediatric have to pay a fine/penalty to the folks waiting in the lobby for 45-60mins and then again wait 15-30mins in the exam room with their child?
