We appreciate being able to be seen when we call on the same day. The group responds within 24 hours to any inquiries sent via e-mail, wait times once at the office can be long sometimes but for the most part you're seen within 20 minutes when you arrive. Sometimes I feel rushed once i'm there to discuss my daughter's health but lately I feel it's improved the last few visits. I you ask question's the doctors take time to discuss concerns carefully & often provide helpful aids like dvd's or reading material. We're sad to lea... read more

Thanks for extending the hours that we can see the doctor. When the child was sick, you have always seen us the same day when we have called. Thanks once again to you are your team of doctors for the excellent service and commitment to serving your patients.

Dr. Veena and her husband Dr. Hari provide the best pediatric child care. I'm not only a parent of a child but was also a patient myself since the age of 5. She is now caring for two generations of kids in our family. Over the course of the 30 years that we've been patients there, I've seen the practice grow and change. The one constant has been the top quality care that has been provided to me and my children. I've moved away from Fremont long ago but drive an hour to take my kids in for an appointment.

I don't know if you remember me, but you and Dr Hari took very good care of my son Jeremy when he was a baby. He was hospitalized when he was 7 months old really sick and was sick with asthmas for a long time after. He just turned 20 last weekend and hasn't taken medicine for his asthma for quite a while now. He is an awesome son. He takes classes at the local jr college and works at Starbucks in Ripon. My son had bad experience and suffered from Itch/Rashes from 5/29 to 6/1/2012, due reaction of to Amoxicillon syrup which is prescribed by Dr. Puri's Office. When we showed to doctor, she has given Bendryl which causes more worse. I took him to the Dermatologist, he told me, because of Amexicillon, he got rashes. He spent sleepiness nights, he suffered like anything by scratching, so total body occupied with rashes and face became puffy. I am planning to sue a file.

After coming from a large pediatric practice with so many doctors where my children and me were treated like a number and the staff is so rude and always in a rush. upon many recommendations we came to puri pediatrics and have been so happy. everyone at the office is so professional and customer oriented, they care for your children like family/friends.it is so easy to get same day appointments, they email your prescriptions. very personable on the phone , inform you of normal labs. very good with follow up of a sick visit w... read more
