I have never been so disappointed in a medical facility. Dr.Smith said in our appt. that he would call me to discuss my pulmonary test results. I take the hour long test at the hospital and he NEVER CALLS TO DISCUSS MY RESULTS.! Months later I go in for an appt with him and he sends a referral to St. Pete's Health for an allergy consult and testing. I have sent Pureview THREE messages asking if Medicare will pay for these tests. I was assured by Jessie, his nurse, that they would provide me with an answer. It has now been T... read more
This place is absolutely unorganized. And I felt my nurse practitioner did not care what I had to say when I came in When I had health concerns and she just wrote it off as stress. Don't even bother wasting your time in this place.
