AMAZING place in the middle of lakewood mall! I came here 1-2 times before. 2nd experience was mediocre but just like every massage place, you need to ask for a masseuse who specializes in your most painful area, and be very vocal about what you need. Language barrier isn’t a problem; just speak slowly and tell them “yes” or “no” for each thing they try. Andy was assigned to me because i have TOUGH knots in my back. Tipped him $20, DEFINITELY coming back. Prive was good on their menu.
Massage therapist keeps phone in pocket and continues to answer calls. During this time, the massage that is focused turns into a unfocused massage. That is useless. The timing is never what you request. They always try to upsell you after they start. If you ask for 20 minute massage They massage you for 2 or 3 minutes and say you need 40 minutes to get good massage. I always have to deny and the pressure for a tip. I tried this place the first time I had a girl named Katie and she was really good.it was a week day..the second time I went it was on a Sunday and it was busy..Katie wasn't there...so I was gonna leave and oh my God! They were so pushy on me staying! I said I'll come back just so they would leave me alone and Still so pushy!! Wouldn't go here came here for massage I know for a fact it wasn't 25 minutes I just didn't feel like arguing then they tried to pressure you for a tip I gave a dollar he laughed held it up said something to the other lady in their language I could have taken my dollar back. You weren't doing anything extra other than your contracted service why would you ask for a tip
Very shady business practice. Was walking around the mall when I was greeted by one of the guys for a 'free' massage. I just went and he did a quick massage as a demo and told me that the 1 hour massage is $65 and if I would like to go to the spa to get the massage and I agreed to do the 1 hour.
