Dealing with a lot had a death in the family and had forgotten to pay my bill I get a message telling me they will auction my grandfather's motorcycle in my storage I told them I could pay them in two days they said " I'd be happy to help" then Everytime I call it says I can't pay over the phone and it won't connect me to anyone. I had to get a different phone with a different number to even be able to get through to the office to try to pay and they say my number isn't linked so they don't know how the multiple times I call... read more
I highly recommend this place. I've used many other storage unit places and this is by far the best place. They were extremely friendly and made sure I had the best possible price.
The service here is very friendly & professional. The prices are affordable & they offer nice insurance coverage option's! Units are clean...glad my hubby & I picked them!
