My real rating isn't 0 stars!! My husband just got out of renting and into hire end athank god he did. We had to literally clean out our own storage unit because it had so much junk from previous renters amd when we asked if they could clean it out the manager melani told us it was part of our lease to clean it ourselves. On top of that the manager obviously didn't know what she was doing.
