I have been using Purely Prestige for both of our cars and my sons. The team are fantastic to deal with. Very professional and offer quality servicing of our Audi's. I moved from using dealer servicing after multiple sub-standard experiences. Steve takes the time to talk through options and provide guidance that I trust.

Finally, a mechanic in the South East that actually knows Euros! I took my car to Purely Prestige and was blown away by their diagnostic expertise. Steve and the team found an issue that two other shops couldn't pin down, and they did it without the 'dealership' price tag. It’s rare to find a place that combines high-end technical knowledge with genuine, reasonable pricing. My car has never run better. Brilliant Service, great communication, and always give a great break down of work provided and prognosis of upcoming possible issues.
I had a fantastic experience using their services for the first time today. I especially appreciated their excellent communication style; they thoroughly explained the repairs needed and clearly outlined what they observed during the inspection. Kelly is also wonderful to talk with!
