I was charged well over 60 dollars for a dip powder that didn’t even turn out the way I wanted it. On their Facebook website it says the dip is 40 dollars. The guy said he could do it and the design turned out sloppy. I asked for my nails to be short and they left them way to long and to wide. Never filed them down and there was so many bubbles.... Completely destroyed perfectly good nails. Messed up redo. Spent over an hour and put nails on crooked for my friend. Avoid this place at all costs.

I am a very loyal customer! I have been going to the same place for over TEN YEARS! I had a recommendation to go try this place out with Jade! It’s tough for me to accept change and she did an awesome job and made it feel seamless! I almost had thoughts of changing salons! This is hands down the best salon in the DSM area. The staff is wonderful and always super friendly! The atmosphere will put you in a relaxed and happy mood, guaranteed!
Best place in the Des Moines area by far! They all are great here and I won’t go anywhere else.
