I relieved a gift card when I went in to get services and use my card.. They told me that it didn't expire... was told they couldn't find it.My son went back in was told the owner was busy... To busy to speak with a customer about a issue... wen my son walked out the owner stood up from sitting on the floor behind the counter... told him that he would reload the card... walk outside a got in his car and left... the worst customer service ever!!! Cindy did a very quick and sloppy job on my nails! I will NOT be returning!
My first time going was yesterday and it was the best experience I've ever had at a nail shop. Very beautiful and clean shop. Great atmosphere. And my nails are the BEST! I'm in love with them. I will be going back.
The staff is so friendly and they give the BEST pedicures. Relaxing atmosphere with great complimentary beverages.
