I have had a terrible deceptive experience with this company. I was told by their salesperson I was getting a system that would power my home it was installed in October of 2023. I called in December 2023 stating that the solar system was producing little to no solar power. I was as asked to wait a year for an audit on the power being produced. by waiting as a consumer all customer cancellations options are expired. Purelight handled everything and did a great job. It’s all under one 25 year warranty. No maintenance. Support contact info for any questions or issues. They handle the install, the roofing, the inspection…everything. I can see the power I’m generating and monitor my system in their cute app. Truly the easiest and best home upgrade I’ve ever done! Highly recommended.
They were walKed us through the process and checked in regularly. We did have some delays due to our local utility company and it didn't get turned on right away delaying our power production but overall it has been a good experince.
The group of Pure light power, did amazing work installing, and keeping my family updated on things going on with our solar panels, and provided post install instructions and app to monitor our systems production, very much recommend them to anyone.
Great experience! All staffs was reliable and knowledgeable about the project and process.
