The company was easy to work with and install was fine but overall I feel like I was mislead at best. I've had a an electric bill almost every month in addition to the solar payment. I was lead to believe this would eliminate my bill. Now I am paying hundreds more per month than I would if I just paid the power bill. I would encourage people to really stop and look at what is being presented to them and how the costs add up.
Our sales rep was Daisy and she helped us go solar. She came prepared to answer all of our many questions, and was knowlegable and professional which we appreciated. Purelight was very quick with the process and had very good communication throughout! It was very hands off for us and we loved the install crew!
Representatives were friendly, respectful and caring. The solar panels look amazing!!
