BLUF: Very happy with the overall experience. I did have one corner-case issue, but it did eventually get resolved with some effort on my part. PRICE: 10/10, cheapest I could find, plus I got a great Black Friday deal that sealed the deal for me. They also gave me a service upgrade free of charge, which resolved some issues that came up on my home inspection! We had a little snafu with our final meeting tonight, Tanner Mathis stepped in and was great at explaining and showing us how everything worked. He is a great guy!
Tanner, from Oregon, was very patient in helping me get the Tesla App to work on my phone in order for us to see the usage of the solar panels. He did a great job explaining everything in the presentation and not rush us through anything. He was great to work with like all the other PureLight employees. I highly recommend this company for Solar installation!
