I was so appreciative of the patience and kindness of Christa in exray. I was a difficult patient as I have a lot of pain in my back, hips and knees and also my shoulder. She was so sweet and didn’t rush me. Later went to ultrasound and Natasha was also great!
Best people ever to work with, whether it’s booking appointments or checking in for one or understanding what doctors have given referrals for or not! They seem to really care! I had an exceptional experience this morning after accidentally hitting ’9’ rather than ’1’ to a text message, which meant I cancelled/wanted to reschedule rather than confirm my appointment.
