I was nervous about my first mammogram, but I didn't need to be! The technician was kind and gentle and explained each step along the way. And the "squeeze" wasn't too bad - tolerable, even! Thanks Pureform!
During one of my visits with my child for an X-ray, I was asked to stay in the room and sit on a chair next to them during the imaging. I was not given any protective equipment. Only during a later visit to another clinic did I learn that this practice goes against radiation safety standards. While the staff was generally polite and courteous, I’m disappointed that they did not ensure my safety or ask me to step out. I hope the clinic takes this issue seriously for the sake of other parents.
