Thank you very much for your quick response. I understand your policy, and I acknowledge that I was late for 5 minutes. I underestimated the traffic and didn't allow enough extra travel time. They should be ashamed of themselves. This was, without question, the worst medical office experience our family has ever had. My mother, who has a Parkinson's diagnosis was scheduled for a cortisone injection. Because there was no accessible handicap parking available, she had to park behind the building and make the long walk to the office.
