Very rude receptionist at the front. She had major attitude for no reason at all. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Won’t be back to this location .
I have been going to Pureform for couple of years now and find the staff always pleasant and very helpful with making my appointments. I appreciate everything they do. All the staff treat you so well.I enjoy going to this facility.

I truly appreciate having a Pediatric ultrasound clinic in Airdrie. It was incredible to have a technician that was compassionate and knowledgeable about special needs kiddos. Great experience, thank you.
I was nervous about my first mammogram, but I didn't need to be! The technician was kind and gentle and explained each step along the way. And the "squeeze" wasn't too bad - tolerable, even! Thanks Pureform!
