I have been a customer of Pure Defense for the past 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I just had a technician out to my house because I have been seeing too many creepies in the house lately. He was knowledgable, helpful and extremely nice. I know if I ever have a concern or see something creepy, they will be able to help. I have them on speed dial and they still answer my calls...so you know they take their customer service seriously!
We have been customers of Pure Defense for over a year now. I have only called them once when I saw a web by my front door and the next day a technician came out, cleared the web and re-serviced around my front door. They are always willing to help me out with all of my bug problems. They treat right away whenever I call and the guys that come out always give me advice and answer all my 100s of questions. The office staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I suggest that everyone use PD as their pest and termite company!

They talk very nice for you to sign the contract...and if you not happy with their services they turn to be very nasty. If you don't pay for penalty which $350 plus for cancellation ,then they send you to collection . Strongly not recommend it. Please share it to your family and friends
