I had a balayage done by Bill Perry and I’m satisfied with the result. He did an amazing job, and I will definitely recommend him to everyone.🤩
I came in without a specific style in mind and the stylist suggested beach waves. Unfortunately, the style did not hold up at all and by the time I left the store for my event, there were no waves left. After spending over 2 hours and $90, it was very disappointing.
