I actually expect more when I visit Neiman Marcus and the salon is no different. When you first enter the salon on the lower level, you are most definitely underwhelmed by the entrance, ambiance, everything! It's as if the placement of the salon was an afterthought. The front staff doesn't greet you with any beverage offerings while you wait for your appointment at all.
