Not sure what to say
We've been trying to get a tech out to our office for a couple weeks now just to do a routine filter change but apparently they can't even handle that - tech was a NO Show without any word from them to another ETA. Then, nobody answers the phone in the customer service department, just goes to a voicemail AND Nobody returns your call. I finally pressed 2 for the Sales team and got a live person there. Nice guy, was able to answer my question, but absolute WORST customer service at this place!!
Excellent company for pure water. I love the taste of the water I get, did I mention that it's tap water😏. Of course filtered. COMPANY NOW RUNNING THROUGH WATER LOGIC. Still good water.
