After installing the $3000 system for our house they have never been able to get it to operate correctly to solve our water issues. I've been more than patient waiting. I guess they gave up trying and won't even return my phone calls or email now. Sure, they seemed knowledgeable but my water comes out of the tap in different shades of brown and red. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with.
Thank you to Dustin and the rest of the gang. I love my water again. Great product and top notch professionalism. A good value too. I'm definitely a fan. You can't go wrong with Pure Water Solutions and Kinetico.

I bought a system from a representative in my area in Indiana. This was in mid Nov. I am still waiting for the system to be installed. Currently I am very disappointed in my service. I will write more If and when my system does get installed.
