Douglas and Clayton do great work. Highly recommended. Fixed my 11 year old water softener and iron/acid filter. Works like new.
Clay and Doug are both very helpful. They are quick to come fix any problem and very efficient. Even came out on a Saturday to make sure my water was working. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company and it’s employees.
BJ and crew are amazing. They’ve come out within hours (at most one day) to fix any problem we’ve had. Excellent people that stand behind their product.
I dropped off a water sample a month ago. I was never called with the results. I have emailed and called trying to obtain their services but they will not return my phone call. Don’t waste your time with this company!
I am giving Pure Water a 1 star because there is not a way to give negative stars. This company WILL NOT stand behind their product. Once the charcoal gets into your clothes and destroys them and you call to complain they will not fix anything and could careless that hundreds of dollars of clothes are destroyed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
