Everything about my first time there was great! I can't wait to go back! Pure Protein smoothie was delicious. I really can't believe how good I feel after just one session.

Love everything about this place. We have been going for the infared sauna for a while now. I won the Valentine's spa give away and went today. Had the message today and the sauna and it was fantastic! We also had the Tropical Sunshine smothy and I would highly recommend it!! I can't forget to mention how great the people that work there are. Always so nice and helpful. If you haven't been yet, you really need to try it out. You won't be disappointed.
Loved the atmosphere I received a gift card for Christmas to try everything and can’t wait to go back and try the float pod and everyone was very friendly definitely will be going back
Went yesterday for the massage, sauna package and loved it! I was skeptical about a non human massage, but it was great! I’ll definitely be going back!
Great place and the the massage tables really help lower blood pressure.
