Love the sauna! And the fresh juices/smoothies they have to offer. And I never leave without their hummus. The massage beds are awesome and I will be checking out the floating pods next � definitely worth the 45 minute drive

RecommendedIt was a good experience and fun to just be able to relax and enjoy all the different things they had to offer such as infrared pods the sauna and more. Plus the service was great and the staff make you feel so comfortable and it’s overall a fun day
Loved the massage bed.. popeyes paradise and just the whole environment inside. Very relaxing and everyone is very kind. Will def be back
