Charles at pure turbos was very helpful after months of me not seeing the last e mail he had sent to me I replied to it after a screw went through my turbo he made it very easy to get it all fixed at a very reasonable rate to will be using then for my next turbo on the next car
Had a turbo rebuilt while I had it off to replace pedistol o rings installed turbo and the thing is leaking like there is no tomorrow from turbo housing where they had to take it apart for rebuild didnt leak prior, had no choice but to run it as it's my daily driver work truck and since have had to ad 7 qts of oil in 3000 miles called today few times and no answer I will be sure to tell everyone I possible can to not go to this place horrible customer service and can't even seal a turbo correctly!!!
The customer service is phenomenal. Jesse is very prompt at replying to emails and has helped me out tremendously.
