Diagnose properly if they can truly rebuild a turbo before just giving me a blanket "YES" answer then realize 2 weeks of having it that they can't rebuild it. Then when asked to ship back my old turbo, perhaps ship me the one I sent you and not one that was suppose to go to GA...
