Honestly, it’s such a bummer to eat here. The food is amazing, but the waitstaff and management team is horrible. Slow service, they point fingers to each other on what went wrong, I have to constantly flag someone down or hunt them down. An observation: every table that was white was served immediately. This place used to be our go-to Mexican place but over the last 3 years, they have progressively taken all the vegetarian items off the menu and have become immensely inflexible. There is not one real food vegetarian taco or quesadilla in the menu - only cheese. They used have a delicious cauliflower offering and even mushroom and poblano. Now - on a 30+ item menu, only 5 items me and my family can eat: salad, veggie burrito, a veggie bowl, fajitas and chips.
