I bring people to Pure all the time. We live downtown in Alpharetta. Enjoyable experience, good food. Not tonight. They had 7 4 person table tops open. Night was winding down. Hostess and manager would not push two tables together or add a seat to sit us for a aprty of five. Waited 45 minutes. Manager would not speak to us and hostesses were ambivalent. Went to Crust where they sat us right away. Embarrassing the way we were treated.
The chicken soup was the only saving grace of an otherwise disastrous meal. Unfortunately, everything else we ordered was a massive disappointment and a complete waste of money: Beef Tacos: Absolutely disgusting. They had zero traditional flavor and carried a really odd, off-putting taste—almost like old, smoked BBQ meat. Chicken Burrito: A total mess. Food here is always really great but this visit we had a new server named Mitchell. He was so attentive. Our waters were always full and he was super nice. Thanks Pure
