This was my first time visiting Pure Sugar Wax, and it was such a great experience! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. My waxer Shashante was really nice, we talked through the entire process, which really helped ease any nerves. I will definitely be coming back!
