Pure Strength workouts have been a game changer for me. I started with painful shoulders from injuries that had not fully resolved and under Melissa’s careful guidance, I am happy to report that I’m pain free and so much stronger than I have been in years. Pure Strength is the first exercise program that i have ever stuck to—- after decades of wasted gym memberships. I love PureStrength, it’s made me so much healthier and stronger, it has been life-changing for me. I started about a year ago because, nearing 60, I got a bone density scan and my numbers indicated pretty serious osteoporosis, especially in my spine. My doctor recommended dietary changes, resistance training and meds. I decided to try it all — and for training, I started PureStrength.
