I started at Pure Strength 1 1/2 years ago because I felt I plateaued doing only at home strength training with free weights. I had done research on low rep heavy lifting and knew this would be a great next step in building my strength and improving my bone density (I had been diagnosed with Osteoporosis). Pure Strength is a gem. Melissa and her wonderful team have made my getting back into fitness a smooth path. I've been coming for 10 months and have so many strength and stability gains. All the staff is highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly, making a tough workout fun. Great place - I recommend 100%!
I have seen a noticeable improvement in my strength since my strength training. I no longer need help putting my suitcase in the overhead bin (and I DON’T Pack light!) I see such a difference in my upper body strength and my legs as well. I know my bone density is improving and I’m grateful I found this place. (It was referred to me by someone who also had great results!)

Pure Strength workouts have been a game changer for me. I started with painful shoulders from injuries that had not fully resolved and under Melissa’s careful guidance, I am happy to report that I’m pain free and so much stronger than I have been in years.
