Darren treated me for a sore back after he had previously also looked after my teenage daughter when she suffered a minor injury at soccer. Darren is extremely diligent, he listens carefully and explains all treatment options in great detail. His mix of dry needling, soft tissue treatment and advice for follow-up exercise at home was super effective. Highly recommended!
