I was at the point of "oh well, what's the point, I'll give this a go cos it can't do any harm..." (not great) and have now been seeing Emma regularly for 4 months. I am surprised and delighted to report that I'm so glad I to have met her. A life changing experience! I highly recommend Emma! Kinesiology and neuro-feedback has changed how I deal with stressful situations, how I cope with anger and negative experiences, and how I perceive the world! I am way more balanced, less reactive and generally happier and calmer. 6 months of regular balances was definitely life changing for me and in my opinion more beneficial than any other holistic wellness method I have tried!
