Could have told me on the phone that they couldn’t help me with my cracked tooth on the phone instead of wasting my time to come in expect a large amount of $ the same day in an urgent situation.
I give the hygentist a 5 and the billing dept. a 2. We were told one price and we needed to pay half which we did,then when we went to pick up the dentures was told had to pay the other half we did. When it was time to place them,the receptionist said we owed more. She said the insurance did not pay any money on claim. Never was told insurance was filed. Just that the temps. cost one price but we were charged almost $800.00 more than quoted. Was told if we didn't pay they wouldn't honor our appt. I do not believe the recept.... read more
My dental hygienist is amazing. She always has kind words, cleans my teeth thoroughly and explains everything to me. She takes very good care of me. Her name is Charia.
I love this place! Very friendly and professional. They explain every process and make their patients feel comfortable and at ease. I feel so comfortable like family here and they make my son feel so happy and calm. They explain everything thoroughly and discuss the right procedures and steps to move forward.
Had an emergency appointment. Got me in and even got a crown on. Staff was friendly and professional. Decent prices.
