Through our Lima Dental Kids Club, we provide a free club for kids 12 and under with a 10% discount on all treatment. I have been going here for over 40 years getting my teeth cleaned. And since I refused to get X-rays I have been denied service and will no longer be seen there !!! There is no liability for the dentist or company! It is just a monetary thing. This used to be a good dental practice. Apparently now it is all about money. X-rays should not be performed if nothing is wrong. Why be exposed to harmful radiation when it is not necessary!
They seen me for an emergency and did an extraction same day!!! It was the best experience I've ever had with getting a tooth pulled. The staff here genuinely cares and it shows!!! Went back for denture realign and Chris was absolutely wonderful!!! She made sure I was comfortable and my denture fit well. She is also super customer satisfaction oriented!!! Chris made my smile and my day!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would.. Dr. Michael Cobb has no empathy towards patients. Don't go to him. Husband went here because he had a huge absence on his tooth. Needed antibiotics and scheduled to get it removed. He couldn't even open his mouth. Spoke to Dr.Cobb about their office filing out paperwork for a medical leave for my husband until they could remove the tooth. Went in and got 2 teeth pulled. Dr Cobb was amazing, when numbing he was so gentle didnt even really feel it. Very nice Dr.
