great teamwork clean office and fun
My experience with the hygienist was very poor. She started off by pressing me about a previous office I was at, asking me why I left and then asked what I didn’t like about the office. She also pushed me to get x-rays even though I didn’t want them on my first visit. She was pointing out various things on my “pictures” that I don’t feel was appropriate for a hygienist to be “diagnosing” and also talked about my x rays from my previous office were transferred. Staff was great. Unfortunately I was unable to be treated due to a medical condition. Every effort was made to find an alternate provider but so far not much luck.
The Dr and stark are most pleasant to work with. They understand customer service and provide it.
The hygienist was so nice, thoughtful, and adaptable!
Very pleasant office staff, clean & inviting facilities too!
A crown broke off before a big trip and they brought me right in and fixed it. Friendly and efficient. I would recommend them highly.
Great email and text reminders
I was quite surprised that the dentist spent NO time reviewing and discussing my overall oral health. I feel this is an important part of the bi-annual visit. I also felt that there was an opportunity for the hygienist to also discuss cleaning techniques, make recommendations or provide compliments, etc. So overall, I feel there is a need for more communication with the patient. I was shocked that the dentist never checked to ensure that the crown that was seated was to his satisfaction. No quality assurance.
