This was my first time getting electrolysis and I had a great experience. Juanita was amazing. She was very informative, a great listener, and willing to answer any questions. She addressed everything I mentioned during our conversation beforehand and made sure I understood all of the aftercare steps. i’ve had two appointments so far and i’m still surprised at how little pain i’ve experienced. i’ve had electrolysis done in the past and it was very painful. Juanita manages to do it quickly and almost painlessly. I even noticed myself relaxing into it. This, plus the affordable pricing has me coming back. I already see some improvement in the way my hair is growing back. I can’t wait to see the long term results.
Highly recommend Juanita for electrolysis. She is very skilled and professional. The office was a nice comfortable relaxing set up for clients. She was super flexible, customer friendly, and quick. My only recommendation is to keep an eye out for increased unwanted hyperpigmentation on the treated area if you have sensitive dark skin. You really have to exercise extreme caution & discernment when opting for the electrolysis hair removal treatment. I had been seen Juanita for the past year. I have to say I love her service. I enjoyed it, delightful person to be around while receiving service. She allows you to listen to music which puts me to sleep. Or I can speak to her throughout my whole treatment. Which always found refreshing. My heart is problem has been finding a new electrolysis to work on me since relocating to New York. I have a consultation set up for Saturday. I am hoping it's a win-win.
