The service here is top notch. The space is serene and Sandy puts you at ease immediately. I feel brand new every time I come and as though years have been taken off my face!
Had the best facial of my life. It's a lovely relaxing place. And Sandy greets you with a smile. She is extremely knowledgeable in both skin and skincare. My skin looks phenomenal. I received the Platinum Hydrafacial. I'm glowing and I feel my skin reversing in age. Coming again. And next time, I'm giving her carte Blanche to choose what she wants to do on me.
I felt like just another number at Pure Skin by Navia. My appointment felt rushed, and there was little to no consultation before the treatment. I had questions about my skin type and product use, but they weren't answered thoroughly. Disappointed by the lack of personalization.
