Total WASTE of my money . I would have to say , STAY AWAY FROM KEN! I came in to get a consulation to get a permanent hair color. The stylist Ken said he would charge $200 because I have long natural hair with a $50 down payment ( in case I don't show up) . We agreed that I would not deposit a $50 down payment because what if HE didn't show up. The day of my hair appointment he lifts my hair and the color is more yellow than anything. The amazing nail professional and esthetician, Cierra, is AWESOME! She knows nails, she doesn't use dangerous chemicals that could affect your health or nails, and she makes sure that she takes great care of your nails when you sit in her chair. She is so welcoming, she has a great personality, very professional, and she has snacks....lol. The environment at the shop is nice and comfortable but I was disappointed to see some of the styles had drama in the shop in front of the customers, loud talking about someone else person business with their husband. This is what you see in an ordinary beauty shop Serenity is an upscale beauty shop this should never happen in my opinion.
