I was very excited to come get a facial for my birthday / my daughter purchased a gift card for a facial for me to use) well I didn't get steam/ no extractions, just a towel around my face every few minutes. I won't be back/ its a shame because I was shopping for a place to go to on a regular basis.

I love Pure Salon Spa!! Azra is wonderful. From the neck and shoulder massage, hand massage, recommending a cut, and styling my hair, she is an expert. Pure Salon definitely exceeded any expectation I had of a salon. They are professional and welcoming. I can't wait for my next appointment in 6 weeks!!

Speaking as a husband who arrived to pick up his wife after she got hair and make up done in preparation for a ball... I found her near tears and oozing frustration that the woman who had done her hair and makeup had refused to listen to a thing she had to say. My wife is a soldier who doesn't often get to be a girl. When she does get to be a girl, it's a big deal for her, and to have someone dismissive of her concerns is commensurately a big deal.

I had an amazing experience! Started out with some coffee and as my hair set it’s color I was offered more coffee, tea, or water. As I rinsed I was given a hand massage and a warm tea press on my eyes, following that they dried and styled my hair. The girls there made me feel great and was pampered well! This will be my new salon for sure!
