I have had really great experiences in the past, so I was surprised and disappointed at my most recent appointment. I brought in inspo pictures and had a very clear idea of what I wanted. The stylist said she would be able to do that, but proceeded to acknowledge while she was washing out the bleach that it “wasn’t exactly what you asked for, but it’s really cute and trendy.” I left with warm stripes in my hair, rather than a blended, cool toned balayage. Pure Salon is a beautiful place to carve out time for yourself. I've been seeing Claire lately and she has been really great with my usual cut and color. They are kind, I look forward to every appointment I have there.
I had my first experience with Pure today, and I will definitely be back! I had a haircut with Mackenzie, and she is wonderful! I asked for a shag-style cut, and Mackenzie personalized it to my hair and some other preferences. I felt like she read my mind, it was exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself is so nice, I was offered a beverage while I waited and everyone I interacted with was very kind and easy to chat with. Thank you Mackenzie and Pure!
After going here for years I will be finding a new salon after today. Upon arrival I received a phone call that an elderly client made the mistake of coming in and so she got my appointment and I was supposed to come back a different day or be expected to have likely a 6 hour appointment to accommodate them.
