Victoria is an awesome person. Stylist, colorist and I look forward to seeing her every time I need to update my color or get a new cut. I'm excited to visit the salon in their new Mississippi Street location after they move in next week!!!
From the moment you walk in, the experience feels thoughtful—being offered water, tea, or wine is such a nice touch. I had a very bad experience at this salon. I did not like elements of the short cut I received and when I communicated this to stylist she got defensive and tried to insist that it was a great haircut. To be fair the owner did not charge me despite me insisting that I would feel better paying. Now back home and we are cracking up at how bad it is. One side is cut at an angle with a pointy sideburn and the other side is cut round over ear with a square bushy sideburn. I was very upset but now I’m just laughing.
Cancellation Policy Sucks. I got a reminder text and called salon the next day to reschedule. Receptionist informed me canceling within 48 hours requires 50% fee, or over $100 in my case. The text they sent was sent within their 48 hour policy window and DOES NOT mention this policy. So after several years going here (Lori is great) I will be finding another salon.
This is the most special salon in Portland or Vancouver. The vibe, the energy and the staff are perfect. I see Lori. i love her
