Condo on a high floor, freight elevator booking, the whole ordeal. The crew handled the logistics and were efficient with the elevator window. Move ran a little over on time because of an elevator delay that wasn't their fault. Everything got to Savannah fine. Solid for a condo move.

For how rushed everything was on my end, they kept it calm and organized. Delivery was right on schedule. Can't ask for more from a last-minute booking.

Small office relocation to another state, done over a weekend to avoid losing work time. The crew labeled everything by desk and workstation, wrapped the electronics, and was careful with a couple of glass conference pieces. One box of files ended up in the wrong office and we had to hunt for it Monday, minor annoyance. Otherwise the timing worked, downtime was minimal, and we were operational when we needed to be.

The thing that impressed me most on a haul this long was that the delivery window they promised actually held. They said three to four days and it arrived on day three. I've had movers give a vague "sometime next week" before, so this was refreshing. Crew on both ends was professional, the truck was loaded tight, and my furniture arrived without damage. Communication throughout the drive was steady — I never had to wonder where my things were. For a long-distance move, this is what you want.

I had an upright piano and several antique pieces that have been in the family for generations, plus the usual fragile kitchen stuff. This was the move I was most nervous about. We finally got my mother to move up near us and out of the house she'd lived in for thirty years. She was anxious about the whole thing. The crew was gentle and unhurried with her, which mattered more than anything. They wrapped her antiques and her old hutch with real care and kept an eye on her the whole day. Reassembled her bedroom set so she wasn't sleeping on a bare mattress the first night. It made a hard transition easier on all of us.

I travel constantly for work and simply did not have the time to pack, load, or coordinate a move across two states. Full-service was the only way this was happening.
