Pur I would give them 0 stars if possible.We were with Pure for a year. They are the most irresponsible and unprofessional management company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!We had 3 different property leads in a year, the last one left while our tenants moved out our apartment and no one notified us. If my husband and I didnt call multiple times we would have been waiting to hear from them ******** took them a month to provide a move out report and here we are, another month without seeing any resolution regarding the repairs.We have wa... read more

Horrible company. Do not use them. Employees are disrespectful, unhelpful and do not return calls.Abysmal service, one of the worst companies I've ever encountered.

The epitome of unprofessional, I am a realtor in NYC I have recently helped a client sell an investment property they are now purchasing a new investment property in Union City. I called Pure Property Management for an estimate and detailed list of services, I spoke with Dan and he told me to write him an email detailing what I was looking for.
