Do yourself a favor before you go to this shop. Google the owners name, long time scammer! You can also search McHenry country public records and see all the lawsuits and judgments he has against him. How he’s still in business is beyond me. You’ll get screwed one way or another here.
Was very helpful and patient helping me pick out a birthday gift for my husband. it arrived in 1 day. gave it to my husband Saturday and he was struggling to installed it, mind you he isn't overly mechanically inclined lol He called Pure Powersports and they actually stopped over on their way home and helped him install his new headlight. Now you can't beat that for service!! Thanks guys for making my husbands birthday a great one!!
I’ve been a long time customer and referred many with top notch results. I’ve come to know them quite well. It’s a real shame with fake reviews like the “Greg M”one which I was informed of. A former employee released over 2 years ago yet continues to troll them and create fake reviews under fake names. So sad I feel bad for that person they’re that desperate to hurt good guys because his lack of integrity. Pure Powersports I highly recommend for good ol’ Fashion honest work at a fair price! Keep up the great work

Inner cam bearings went bad after they installed cams in my ‘14 street glide. Come to Find out they weren’t changed during cam install as they should have been. Check your bikes guys! This shop is a scam!

First off, the bike was not done as promised. “I’m only 1 guy here” was the response to it being soooo late. NO compensation for the delay. “Not my fault “ was Jeremy’s response, although he runs the business. Knowledge of the engine, cam, piston, head, combination is substandard. Jeremy will try to talk the talk, but cant walk the walk with true builders/tuners. I made the mistake of having him do a job on my bike, only to find it wasn’t built as it should have been.
