I’ve been a customer of pure pools for many years. I couldn't be happier with the service, quick response and professionalism that the Owner, technicians and crew provide. Whenever I’ve had an issue someone has come out same day, diagnosed, ordered the part (if necessary) and fixed it. Many times over the years I’ve called pure pools with any issue, big or small, and either the owner himself or one of his technicians has been over within a few short hours to correct the situation. Do not use this pool company. The owner is the dictionary definition of unprofessional. He personally speeds through our town with running a stop sign, disregarding traffic laws and endangering people in the neighborhood and then has the audacity to follow a young girl back to her house and berate her. When confronted, he lies and blames it on a non existing worker instead of admitting it and apologizing. I wouldn’t use this pool company or give this owner any business unless you support egotistical unprofessional.
