We were really happy with the professionalism and dedication of your team. They were friendly and respectful, efficient and thorough. We had an entire new HVAC system installed, and it was done in one day. They showed great respect for our home, and totally cleared out any signs of their work. Wonderful very professional put on booties before coming into my home really appreciate that. Quickly was able to assess what we needed for my plumbing in our guest bathroom tub. He was able to fix immediately as also help me resolve a drain issue that could have turned into something catastrophic if it didn't get it fixed. The disposal backed up and before I got to the shut off the pipe separated creating a huge mess. Not knowing where the issue was, I called Pure plumbing and they were on it. Someone arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem identified and fixed AND tested within an hour. This all happened on a Sunday. Great job! Thank you very much. Kudos to Luis Chavez
