This place was a little bit difficult for me to find at first, but once you know where it is, it's very easy to access. My mother and I do private duet classes with the owner Noelle. Noelle is a great instructor and is very hands on during instruction. She understands the modifications my mother needs while giving me a challenging workout also. Any age group can do this workout. I have not yet taken group classes but look forward to it. Support this local husband and wife team!
I had a great experience today with Lauri, the Pilates instructor. The studio is beautiful, a great place to workout! Two thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Lauri is AMAZING!!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and fun! You just feel instantly comfortable with her! The studio has awesome equipment that I was introduced to for the first time. My daughter loved childcare and I love that there's a window I can peek in to see how she's doing! I had a great time at my intro session and am looking forward to going back!

I started doing Pilates with Lauri after an accident. Pilates is great for exercising while recovering. It is gentle, yet effective. Lauri's coaching made it fun to work out and kept me motivated. My hip and back issues were held in check through regular Pilate sessions with Lauri. Lori D.

I had the privilege of working with Lauri Martineau when she lived in Michigan. Lauri's approach with Pilates was always gentle and reassuring and she taught me that the word "can't" wasn't in my vocabulary. She could push when she knew I could go further and gently guide me when I needed reassurance. Lauri is an outstanding instructor who helped me figure out my strengths and how to work with my body to help with my scoliosis. I highly recommend her and wish I could still be taking Pilates classes with Lauri!

Great location in Surprise by the post office. They have a $15 intro class which I thought was great and didn't feel pressured into signing a contract like other places. So far I have been to two classes with Lisa as the instructor, she does a great job making each class interesting and challenging. Needless to say I've already signed up for my next two classes and talked my husband into trying it with me.
