So I went for the first time this past Saturday! I have done Pilates before, but wanted to start with the Intro class since it had been over a year. I was the only person for the Intro class so I lucked out! Valerie was great! Such a huge difference in how my body felt after the class! The studio was very clean! The Equipment very nice! I will definitely return !!
I am SOOO thankful that I attended the open house today! I met Noelle and Lauri and they are super amazing and instantly made me feel welcomed! The studio offers so much more for an all around body rejuvenation! The reflexologist, Sal, is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! I’m trying my first session tomorrow and can’t wait to get started! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Can’t wait to get started and feeling good about my health again!
