Ordered a very expensive strand and scheduled to receive with FedEx and a signature. On the day scheduled, FedEx went right past my house and yet I got a notice that it was delivered. PP opened a case, eventually, with FedEx and I keep being told they're waiting for the results of that investigation in order to refund.
