The guy on the phone was kinda rude. Also for some reason, only one guy can process online orders?? And the order can not be shipped without his ok. Also, he is gone for the next week.... so he will get to it when he is back...Horrible process... Why did I pay for 3-day shipping if you don't get around to shipping it for a week?? THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. Really bad customer service, the guy on the phone sounded like he did not care. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
I recommend Pure Motorsports to my VW friends because of their friendly service and pricing that beats dealerships.

I have a 1983 VW GTI and was looking for someone who was knowledgeable in the older water-cooled VWs. I spoke with a so-called "VW expert" on Miramar who could not handle any earlier year than 2000. I kept looking and found PURE. PURE was great, they tuned an older car to start and run smoothly, and found the problem that was preventing it from passing SMOG. They handle your car professionally. They are very straightforward about what needs to be done and while still expensive, don't cost nearly as much as the dealership. They are the only shop I trust with my Volkswagen. Thanks guys!
I have 3 VW/Audi's in the house right now. All of them get serviced at Pure Motorsport. All my previous Audi/VW's have gone through Pure Motorsport at some point. Best Audi/VW service shop in San Diego.
