Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, text, return phone calls, or message on social media. I’ve called about 10 times, left 2 voicemails, and texted twice per their instructions on the website and have heard absolutely nothing back. Decided to swing by to see if I could book in person and their door was locked during listed open hours. It really shouldn’t be so difficult

The ladies here are nothing short of amazing! I walked in after a terrible experience somewhere else. They took me in and worked their magic!! They all work together so well and the environment is 🔥!

I recently moved to the area from out of state; looking for a new stylist can be stressful. Today was my first appointment with Pure Mettle, booked by Emily, who was incredibly helpful. Out of the many years and different salons I have been cut and colored in, this is probably my favorite place. The ladies (Shae, Jaime, and Kayla) who I met today are LOVELY.
