Love this place. I won't go anywhere else! Macy always does a great job on my nails and everyone who has ever done my pedicures has been great too. I'm extremely hard on my nails and Macy is always so patient and fixes them for me.

Booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old daughter for mani/pedis. (They have a kids service menu!) We were both warmly greeted and promptly taken back to begin our pedis. Salon decor is beautiful! Pedi room is nicely lit - no glaring light. Really pretty chandeliers and motivational paintings! Music is on but not overpowering. Emma did my daughter's toes and nails and Sam did my toes and nails. Both were soooo nice to us! The massage chairs and whirlpool pedi tubs were very nice. Your service today was an extreme disappointment. My technician was no where engaged in my business. Stopping to look at every car that drove by, customer that entered the door all the while communicating to his coworkers in their native language. While polishing my nails, I noticed the polish was not fresh. The first layer was cloudy and thick. After 3 layers, on natural nails, they looked horrible. I have been to your salon many times. I will not return.
My husband, Tony and I snatched us a Breakcation at Pure Luxe Spa In Columbus, Oh as we truly enjoyed our personal experience with Emma and Victor. I received the Luxe Spa and he, the Organic Pedicure with a Mask and Pearl Paraffin Wax. They were very kind and professional. We went on a Sunday at 1150am so it was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return on our next Breakcation.
Waited 1 hour after an appointment time. Couldn’t even get both pedicure and manicure because of the wait. Very disappointed.
