Always nice, friendly and do a great job. I love getting pedicures here!
Worst customer service ever experienced. They were running thirty minutes late for my appointment, then sat us in pedicure chairs for another 15 without service and our water was cold before it even started. I asked the Male owner why the hold up and he got in my face and reprimanded me for being impatient and that they had walk ins... what was the point in us having an appointment if you were going to allow walk-ins to take our spot? Love this place! Everyone is so nice and does an amazing job! Just had Linda do stiletto nails for me and they are beyond amazing!!
RecommendedLeo is the person that ALWAYS does my dip color on my nails. He’s fast but does an awesome job. The spa is very nice & clean! The owner & all the staff are very friendly. I recommend Pure Lux.
Jane is fabulous. Best vip pedi ever. Nail dips incredible. Amazing will go back again and again. Manager fussed at Jane relentlessly almost whole time I was there. Shame on him. I would go back always to see Jane. I felt great. First time since wedding 25 yrs ago getting my nails done.
My best friend and I came in on a Saturday evening with no wait for a dipped nail manicure. Our techs were Nikie & Rose who are awesome! (Might I add in, I was finished first and was not asked to move) Will most certainly be returning for our girls day outings!
