RecommendedIts amazing everytime I go in!! Each tech I've seen are kind and not rough. They really make it feel like a spa day versus just a nail appt. Its well worth the 30 minite drive it takes for me to get there.
I have been going to Pure Lux Spa for years with my mom, and have gotten my brows waxed multiple times there and they have always turned out well. Today I went to get them waxed and asked for them to just be cleaned up, (I like to keep my eyebrows thick). Phillip (the owner) waxed them for me. He was very rough and seemed like he was in a hurry, when I saw my eyebrows I was so upset. He completely ruined them. They are so small and very uneven. Phillip is wonderful be always makes sure that his guest are happy. My nail tech is Leo. He gives the very best pedicures EVER!!! I love this place and will never go anywhere else. — with Courtney McClure Williams and 2 others.
I recieved a great pedicure while my 2 1/2 year old had her nails polished! nice & patient technicians.
Offered me a beverage no extra cost. Explained the procedure for the powder nail color very well.

I had always heard great things about this nail spa, so I decided to give it a try. I was very dissatisfied due to poor customer service and lack of work. We were never greeted when we walked in the door, the receptionist never had a smile on her face and the wait was awful. We finally got placed in a chair and waited another 20 min before anyone came over. I asked for a mani, pedi and got a pedi and a color change. The work was awful.
